Our property management department provides an important service to many clients. Although most tenancies run smoothly, there can be maintenance problems which need to be addressed quickly and efficiently. Corporate tenants, who are used to dealing with professionals, demand immediate access to the landlord or his representative. For overseas landlords, or those who neither wish to be involved in routine management, nor have contact with their tenant, this service is invaluable.

At Plaza Estates Management, we endeavour to look after the properties we manage as if they were our own. Rents are collected, bills are administered on your behalf; and should any crisis arise, we organise repairs and replacements as required, whilst at the same time liaising with the tenant on a day-to-day basis. At the termination of the tenancy, the property is cleaned and prepared for the re-letting and any dilapidation claims handled with the tenant.

Our management team, in conjunction with our lettings departments, advise on and arrange small refurbishments. For larger projects our in-house design department will plan and oversee a complete renovation and remodelling of properties.

Our aim is to maximise the rental return achievable for each property and to ensure that it lets well even in a competitive market.
